We believe in Responsible AI.

We are committed to ethical technology development and use.

A security-first platform

Accountability and fairness

We take responsibility for the impact of our technology on our internal and external stakeholders.

Explainability and transparency

We enable our stakeholders to make informed decisions about their use of – and engagement with – our product.

Privacy and security

We design and maintain our systems and practices to ensure stakeholder data always remains protected from inappropriate access and misuse.

Voices you can believe in

Our ethical code drives all our platform decisions, ensuring we’re offering our customers the best, most secure AI voices possible.

Responsibly sourced talent

WellSaid does not use open-source data to train models. We use private datasets from individuals who have given explicit and written consent.

Content moderation

We employ content moderation to block users from creating any content that goes against our terms, enabling us to protect against misuse, including harmful or hateful speech.

No deepfakes

From day one, we have never allowed users to independently clone voices. This ensures users cannot create a voice clone of a non-consenting individual by uploading their audio data.

Training AI with real people

Every voice on our platform is trained on real voice data. The actors behind our voices have given written consent to create their AI voice likeness, and are paid residuals for customer usage on our platform.

We’re committed to compliance, safety and ethical AI

Our SOC2 Type 2 compliance underlines our unwavering commitment to security and data privacy. We understand the importance of trust and transparency, which is why we provide our trust report to clients upon request.
